Why & How It Started
I founded Lumina after years of working with social impact organisations, SMEs, and boards and seeing the same pattern: strategy without people rarely delivers change. Lumina was built to close that gap by combining clear strategy with coaching, mentoring, and training so leaders and teams can do the best work of their lives.
